Farid Mahmoudi provides custom full-stack web development, workflow automation, CMS architecture, and AI integration services. All client engagements are governed by individual project agreements, statements of work, and technical deliverables defined prior to project commencement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The original content, design system, source code, logos, and branding elements on this portfolio website are the exclusive intellectual property of Farid Mahmoudi.

For custom client software projects, full ownership and intellectual property rights for bespoke codebase deliverables transfer to the client upon receipt of final payment, as specified in individual client contracts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this website and its interactive tools (such as contact forms and playground applications) strictly for lawful purposes. You must not engage in automated spamming, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or any activity that disrupts site performance or security.
